Up for sale is bar none, the nicest 1940-1941 Ford Pickup Project that you will find anywhere in the country. You will not find
one that has sheet metal like this ANYWHERE! I have taken over forty photos that show just how good this truck is. The frame
has been blasted and painted and is in fabulous condition. The underside of the cab has been painted the same color as
the firewall. The chassis is sitting on a dropped axle front end with disc brakes. The rear end is an original 40 Ford rear end
with a chrome center section. All of the fenders and the hood have been metal finished and are PERFECT! The gentleman
who did all of the metal finish work has done work on numerous high end cars that have been shown at Pebble Beach and
around the country. His work is impeccable. You can see in the photos just how nice all the edges and every inch of the sheet
metal is. The bed is a brand new Mack Product bed and is the only metal that is not an original Ford product. The running
boards are also as perfect as you will find anywhere. The doors are in fabulous shape as well. The only spot on the doors
that has not been worked is an area around the lock cylinder on the passenger's door which you can see in the photos. I
have owned the truck for nearly five years and have not had the time to finish it. Mama says it must go and I am very sad to see
it leave. Please take the time to look at all of the photos and you will understand just how nice this truck is. All of the metal
finish looks even better in person. Please remember that what you see in the photos is what comes with the truck.
This will be the perfect truck for the person wanting to build a perfect street rod truck or perfect original restoration.
