Correspondence concerning the show should be directed to: Starbird Rod & Custom Show, Rt. 3, Box 180, Afton, Oklahoma 74331, (918) 257-8073.Gas Money in the amount of $.40 per mile, one way, will be paid to all pre-accepted entries (excluding motorcycles, go-karts, mini-bikes, etc.) traveling over 100 miles one way, up to a maximum of 1,000 miles.
Show Cards will be furnished for numbering identification and voting purposes.

Creative Stanchions & Rope will not be furnished. We ask that all car owners furnish their own to improve the appearance of their display.
Fire Regulations require locking gas caps, taped gas caps or tanks must be drained. All displays must be free standing and composed of fireproof materials. All battery cables must be disconnected.

Show Schedule - Set-up 8 am to 10 pm Thursday. Deadline for entries is 8 pm Thursday. Show hours are 6 pm to 11 pm Friday; 11 am to 11 pm Saturday and 11 am to 6 pm Sunday. Trophy presentation will be at 5 pm Sunday with move out immediately thereafter.
Entry For Sale - Any entry for sale will be applied a fee of $25 to be paid at time of registration. This fee includes a sign.
Sound or PA Systems - Management reserves the right to determine if a system may be used and if so, the level of volume. Failure to comply will result in complete disqualification.
Car Club Awards - These awards are based on the number of entries in the display, the quality of the entries and the display itself. Cash awards are $1000 for 1st place, $500 for 2nd place, and $200 for 3rd place. Harley Davidson Show - $500 Club Display
